Role Description This full-time on-site Design Engineer E Plan position is based in Ahmedabad. The role involves creating efficient design solutions, utilizing engineering principles to design systems, and ensuring alignment with client and project specifications. The selected candidate will work on product design, prepare schematics with precision using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize engineering designs. Qualifications Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design specific for LT Power and Control Panels. Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Proactively generate sales leads through networking, market research, industry events, and direct customer engagement. Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and ensure proposed solutions meet client technical and business requirements. Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate contract terms, and effectively close sales deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
