Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer
Location: Delhi (Remote, On-Field Role – covering North & East India)
Reporting To: Sales Head – India
Experience Required: 5–8 Years

About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Sales Engineer to strengthen our presence in North and East India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in hydraulic systems and components, experience handling multiple industries, and has experience working in MNCs. This is a remote, on-field role requiring frequent travel within the designated regions.
Key Duties ∙Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities across North & East India. ∙Promote and sell hydraulic quick coupling solutions and related products to both existing and prospective clients. ∙Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including MNCs and industrial clients across sectors such as manufacturing, construction, agriculture, and energy. ∙Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and on-site demonstrations to educate and influence decision-makers. ∙Act as the primary point of contact for customers within the assigned territory, ensuring exceptional service and support. ∙Work closely with the Sales Head – India to define and implement regional sales strategies. ∙Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue objectives of the company. ∙Continuously analyze the territory/market potential and provide market intelligence and competitor analysis. ∙Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations to meet those requirements. ∙Plan and execute customer visits, business meetings, and field activities to enhance customer engagement. ∙Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, activity logs, and CRM data. ∙Develop long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. ∙Provide after-sales support and gather customer feedback to improve service and product offerings. ∙Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. ∙Keep abreast of industry developments, new products, and market shifts to remain competitive. ∙Collaborate with internal teams for order execution, customer service, and technical support as needed. ∙Ensure compliance with company policies and represent the brand professionally in all engagements.
Skills & Qualifications:∙Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. ∙5–8 years of proven sales experience in hydraulics or industrial product segments. ∙Hands-on experience in dealing with multiple industries and multinational clients. ∙Strong technical understanding of hydraulic systems and components. ∙Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with field-based remote working. ∙Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ∙Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory. Qualification: Preferably MBA

NP 30 to 60 days’ notice period
