Senior Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• • Identify and develop new business opportunities in EHV electrical, power transmission, and industrial supply sectors.

• • Understand client technical requirements and propose suitable product or service solutions.

• • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.

• • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, consultants, and contractors.

• • Collaborate with the operations and procurement teams for order execution, pricing, and delivery coordination.

• • Achieve assigned sales targets, profitability goals, and collection milestones.

• • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.

• • Participate in exhibitions, vendor registrations, and product presentations.

• • Maintain CRM data, visit reports, and pipeline forecasts regularly.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Strong technical understanding of electrical products (especially HV/EHV cables, transformers, switchgear, insulators, etc.)

• • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email correspondence.
• • Ability to understand project drawings, BOQs, and tender specifications.
• • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and willingness to travel.
