Senior Sales Account Manager - Bangalore

As Regional Team Lead - Projects & Support, you will manage integration, testing, execution, and handover of enterprise security projects across assigned regions. This is a technical and leadership role requiring strong team handling, project ownership, and on-site delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead installation and configuration of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms, Boom Barriers, Turnstiles, and related systems.

Interpret project scope and ensure high-quality, timely execution.

Manage vendor coordination and site-level supervision.

Ensure proper documentation, project handover, and invoicing protocols.

Handle field device termination, cable dressing, commissioning, and system optimization.

Provide regular updates to Project Managers; escalate when necessary.

Represent VELAN in client interactions with clarity and professionalism.

Mentor junior team members and uphold delivery standards.

What You Bring

Strong hands-on experience in ELV/security project execution.

Working knowledge of brands like Genetec, Milestone, Bosch, Axis, Pelco.

Proven team leadership and client-handling skills.

Excellent communication in English and Hindi.

Willingness to travel across zones based on business requirements
