Job Description

Role Overview: As the Recruitment Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for open mandates across various verticals. This includes sourcing, screening, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates in alignment with job specifications. Your focus will be on ensuring timely closures of all positions within defined SLAs and quality benchmarks to meet organizational hiring goals. Your role also entails providing an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and support. You will oversee offer rollouts, documentation, background verification, and onboarding formalities to facilitate a seamless transition for new hires. By maintaining continuous engagement, you will work towards reducing drop-off and backout ratios to enhance the overall recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end hiring process for open mandates, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates - Ensure timely closures of all positions within defined SLAs and quality benchmarks - Provide exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and support - Oversee offer rollouts, documentation, background verification, and onboarding formalities - Serve as a primary point of contact for client-side hiring managers and HR representatives - Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and internal trackers - Generate timely reports on recruitment metrics, including pipeline status, offer-to-join ratio, rejection reasons, and compliance with turnaround time (TAT) requirements - Collaborate with internal and client-side support teams for onboarding logistics and hiring documentation - Stay updated on industry hiring trends, tools, and market insights - Adhere to organizational standard operating procedures (SOPs) and participate in learning initiatives - Share best practices to foster a culture of growth and development within the recruitment team Qualifications Required: - Full-time graduate degree with a consistent first-division academic record - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred but not mandatory - 4-8 years of experience in RPO account management and recruitment - Proficiency in recruitment practices, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will be beneficial for this role.,
