Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Senior Research Associate, located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Research Associate will conduct and manage advanced analytical experiments, including protein characterization and biopharmaceutical assessments. Responsibilities include designing and implementing experiments, documenting findings systematically, analyzing data for accurate interpretations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborative work with cross-functional teams and active participation in method development and troubleshooting will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

2-3 years experience in protein analysis, including glycosylation analysis, peptide mapping, and amino acid composition studies.
Expertise with analytical techniques like RP-HPLC, CE-SDS, icIEF, DSC, CD, FT-IR, SEC-MALS, and Micro-Flow Imaging.
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as ICH Q6B and a commitment to compliance with industry standards.
Proficiency in method development, troubleshooting, and advanced experimental design.
Excellent skills in documenting results and generating comprehensive analytical reports.
Effective communication and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Advanced degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, or related field is preferred. Relevant work experience with biopharmaceuticals is highly advantageous.
