Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Quality Assurance Executive to join our growing team. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in quality systems while making a tangible impact in the scientific industry. Core Responsibilities Assist in implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) , including quality policies and procedures. Prepare and review SOPs, validation documents, instrument qualification/calibration records, and laboratory reports . Ensure timely maintenance and updates of SOPs and calibration records. Support laboratory readiness for ISO 9001, ISO 17025, GLP, and NABL certifications . Participate in planning and execution of internal audits and assist in managing client/external audits . Support change control, CAPA, and OOS processes in line with quality requirements. Monitor laboratory activities to ensure compliance with established quality standards. Coordinate with scientific and operational teams to ensure smooth laboratory functioning, equipment readiness, and documentation compliance. Qualifications & Experience Education: M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline. Experience: 2–3 years in laboratory or QA roles, preferably within the analytical/biopharma industry. Exposure to QMS implementation and audits (ISO/NABL/GLP) will be an added advantage. Certifications in Quality Assurance/Management will be preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of laboratory QA principles, documentation practices, and quality processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills. Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in English (oral and written); additional languages are an advantage. Computer-literate with good command over MS Office and internet-based tools.
