Position Overview

Quality Assurance Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in implementation and maintenance of the

  Quality Management System (QMS)

  , including quality policies and procedures.
• Prepare and review

  SOPs, validation documents, instrument qualification/calibration records, and laboratory reports

  .
• Ensure timely maintenance and updates of SOPs and calibration records.
• Support laboratory readiness for

  ISO 9001, ISO 17025, GLP, and NABL certifications

  .
• Participate in planning and execution of

  internal audits

  and assist in managing

  client/external audits

  .
• Support

  change control, CAPA, and OOS

  processes in line with quality requirements.
• Monitor laboratory activities to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Coordinate with scientific and operational teams to ensure smooth laboratory functioning, equipment readiness, and documentation compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.

• Experience:

  2–3 years in laboratory or QA roles, preferably within the analytical/biopharma industry.
• Exposure to

  QMS implementation and audits (ISO/NABL/GLP)

  will be an added advantage.
• Certifications in

  Quality Assurance/Management

  will be preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong knowledge of laboratory QA principles, documentation practices, and quality processes.
• Excellent

  communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work

  independently

  and as part of a team.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Capable of managing

  multiple priorities

  effectively.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written); additional languages are an advantage.
• Computer-literate with good command over MS Office and internet-based tools.
