Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Generate leads from the open market and multiple channels to find potential customers.
Make cold calls to identify and understand customers housing finance needs.
Provide pre-approval assistance for home loans and housing loan products to interested clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Guide customers through the entire loan application process, including documentation, credit evaluation, and approval.
Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate loan disbursal.
