Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Development

• Acquire new clients for life, health, and general insurance products.
• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term relationships.
• Develop strategies to expand the company’s market presence in the Delhi/NCR region.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored insurance solutions.
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and issues.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase customer retention and wallet share.

Market & Product Knowledge

• Stay updated with insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.
• Provide insights and feedback to management for product improvements.
• Conduct presentations and financial planning discussions with clients.

Team Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with underwriters, claims, and operations teams for seamless client servicing.
• Mentor and support junior relationship managers/executives when required.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum

  6 years of experience

  in

  insurance sales/relationship management

  (life, health, or general insurance).
• Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, compliance, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage high-value clients.
