We are seeking a talented individual to join our India Client Services team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd . This role will be based in Pune / Gurugram Senior Relationship Manager / Assistant Vice President -India Client Services Practice We will count on you to: Identification of global program opportunities amongst Indian Multinational Companies Collaborating with internal colleagues across practices and pooling resources to create a client-centric value proposition Preparing and Floating Underwriting Submission in the insurance markets Coordinating with various stakeholders at Insurers / Reinsurers as well as Internal Stakeholders for all insurance placement related requirements Verifying the terms received from Insurers and Preparation of Quotation Comparative Report Global Program Execution and Administration Liaising with underwriters for administration of insurance programs Updating Client Policy Data on internal Marsh technology platforms for clients Booking and Invoicing Revenue in internal Marsh systems Client Retention and Identifying expanded / cross-sell opportunities in existing clients What you need to have: Domain Knowledge preferred. MBA degree Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook 6-9 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background. Ability to manage diverse client Cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients. Experience in Insurance Companies/ Insurance Broking company, What makes you stand out? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Industry-Specific Analysis Software.
