Hiring for Senior Recruiter / Lead Position. Work location: Bommanahalli, Bengaluru Mode: Hybrid (3 days from office Wednesday/Thursday/Friday) Full-Time Job Notice Period: Joining Immediately Job description Role & responsibilities Should have strong experience ( 5 to 7 years) in Recruitment/Staffing (Consulting Industry) Delivering on Staffing mandates for IT Companies and Captive Centers. Must be target-driven and must be able to thrive in a time pressured environment. Responsible Client Engagement/Relations and Deliverables. Experience in team handling between 3 to 4 Recruiters, which includes allocating and tracking demands, driving teams for targets, and measuring performance. Strong sourcing expertise across job boards, social media, and referrals. Excellent client management and communication skills.
