Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Recruiter, located in Delhi, India. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The individual will develop and implement recruitment strategies, collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Additionally, the Senior Recruiter will be responsible for conducting background checks, extending job offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Strong understanding of various recruitment tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in conducting background checks and extending job offers
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the energy sector or manufacturing industry is a plus
