Role: Senior Recruiter

Experience: 0 to 5 Years

Location: Onsite in Chennai

Employment Type: Full-time (Night shift)

Timings: 7 PM IST to 4 AM IST

What You’ll Do

Source, screen, and place qualified IT professionals

Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to understand job requirements

Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding

Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline

Use job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and social media to attract candidates

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of proven US IT recruitment experience

Strong knowledge of US work visas (H1B, GC, Citizens, etc.)

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Experience working with VMS/Direct Clients is a plus

Highly motivated and results-driven
