We are seeking a highly experienced recruiter with a successful track record in staffing for Big 4 firms. This position requires a deep understanding of hiring processes within the Audit, Tax, Advisory, and Consulting sectors. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of Big 4 recruitment dynamics, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions in Audit, Tax, Advisory, and Consulting divisions. - Identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates from rival Big 4 organizations. - Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies through direct headhunting, market analysis, and competitor insights. - Handle multiple job vacancies with tight recruitment deadlines. - Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and alignment with industry-specific requirements. - Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess technical proficiency, experience, and cultural fit. - Establish and nurture a robust talent pipeline to address both immediate and future hiring needs. - Collaborate with internal teams to outline recruitment priorities and deliver on set objectives. - Ensure a smooth candidate experience while adhering to recruitment service level agreements. - Maintain precise and current recruitment data, reports, and analytics. Required Skills & Experience: - Demonstrated expertise (minimum 3 years) in recruiting for Big 4 firms or similar consulting environments. - Extensive network and connections within the talent pools of leading Big 4 organizations. - Proficiency in advanced sourcing methods such as headhunting, referrals, and executive search. - Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and recruitment automation platforms. - Sound understanding of market compensation trends and effective negotiation tactics. - Ability to handle high-volume recruitment efficiently and swiftly. - Data-focused mindset for monitoring recruitment metrics and enhancing processes. - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication proficiencies. - Familiarity with compliance standards and best hiring practices in the professional services industry. Preferred Qualifications: - Background in executive search or specialized recruitment within professional services. - Previous experience in recruitment consulting concentrating on Big 4 or Tier-1 firms. - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to navigate intricate hiring scenarios.
