Role & responsibilities Responsibilities: Work closely with the team for a seamless hiring process Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across the various departments of the organisation Build a strong employer brand for the company, by finding and hiring the right candidate for the job Keep track of job boards, social networks, and other platforms that enable HR hiring, with relevant job descriptions and announcements Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Creating offer letters & getting involved in salary discussion. Managing employee separation processes.
