• Project Quality Management
o Drive quality deliverables across all project phases as per APQP methodology.
o Monitor and update project timing plans, conduct regular reviews, and ensure cross-functional team (CFT) alignment.
• Documentation & Customer Interface
o Prepare and submit PPAP documents (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC) for customer approval.
o Handle customer portals for sampling, validation updates, and approvals.
o Present project quality data and status to global counterparts (EU/US teams).
• Supplier Quality Management
o Review supplier PPAP submissions, validate documentation, and ensure PSW approvals.
o Support supplier development for control gauges, validation tests, and quality compliance.
• Validation & Testing
o Develop and track validation test plans for plastic injection molded and assembled parts.
o Collaborate with testing teams, track results, and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
o Lead problem-solving using 8D methodology for project-related issues.
o Implement corrective & preventive actions to meet customer quality requirements.
• Process Knowledge & Quality Tools
o Ensure robust quality planning in processes such as Injection Molding, Ultrasonic Welding, Plating, Machining, and Tooling.
o Utilize core quality tools – APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA – effectively for project execution.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Core Tools.
• Hands-on with Injection Molding & Tool Room Processes.
• Experience with customer and supplier quality management.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills (8D, RCA, CAPA).
• Proficiency in Minitab / statistical analysis.
• Effective communication & stakeholder management (local & global teams).
