🧰 Experience: 15+ years in process engineering, plastic injection molding, tooling, and product development

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Process Engineering Manager who will:

✅ Lead and optimize our injection moulding and manufacturing processes

✅ Collaborate with tooling, design, and quality teams for new product launches

✅ Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and technical innovation

✅ Mentor and develop engineers and production teams

✅ Ensure quality compliance and support customer audits

What you’ll bring:

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical / Polymer / Production Engineering

✔ Strong expertise in plastic processing, tooling, and manufacturing excellence

✔ Leadership, problem-solving skills, and data-driven mindset

✔ Knowledge of quality systems (ISO/IATF), lean manufacturing, and process validation
