About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Tool Room – QC NPD team, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of new tools and product developments. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and hands-on knowledge of precision instruments.

#Key_Responsibilities

Conduct quality validation of new tools, molds, and fixtures.

Perform dimensional inspections and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards (IATF, ISO).

Support design and development teams by reviewing tool feasibility and recommending improvements.

Approve prototypes and pilot samples, ensuring they meet required specifications.

Use precision instruments such as CMM, Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Profile Projector, Surface Roughness Tester, Hardness Tester, Pin/Plug Gauges.

Prepare PPAP documentation, Control Plans, FMEA, and Inspection Reports.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.

Train and guide team members on QC procedures and tool handling best practices.
