Senior QA Engineer

Role Overview: As a Client Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with US clients. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the main point of contact for client matters, anticipate their needs, and ensure timely delivery of services. You will collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall Customer Experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive organic growth and achieve company objectives - Gain a deep understanding of clients" needs and propose solutions that align with their goals - Resolve client issues, anticipate changes, and facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams - Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities - Manage budgets with clients and provide regular reports on account status - Assist in handling challenging client requests and escalations Qualifications Required: - 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, or Customer Success - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience working in US shifts and with US clients preferred - Proficiency in conducting client health checks and analyzing dashboards - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail - Problem-solving and analytical skills, goal-oriented, organized, and self-motivated - Excellent interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills - Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar - Strong negotiation skills and a track record of delivering client solutions effectively Additional Company Details: The candidate must be open to working in various shifts, including India, US, or UK timings.,
