Key Responsibilities

• Close collaboration with other delivery teams, technical support teams and business stakeholders
• Develop end-to-end testing strategies and prepare test plans through the use of quality processes and methodologies.
• Create tests to identify software problems
• Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
• Document results of tests for the software development team
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
• Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
• Works together with the software development to enhance and improve quality of the software.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements

Qualifications and expertise:

• 4+ years of total experience
• B-Tech, B.E, MCA
• Proven experience as a manual and automation tester.
• Good debugging skills and trouble-shooting.
• Experience in one or more of the following: Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Intern or Selenium
• Experience in CI/CD, agile methodologies and cloud services (AWS preferred)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands on experience with shell scripting
• Experience in system functional and performance testing.
• Experience in version controls system (git, svn) and bug tracking tools (bugzilla, jira)
