We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer who can own and deliver full modules, work independently, and guide junior team members. You’ll be expected to participate in technical solutioning and client discussions when required.

Design, develop, test, and deploy Python applications and modules.

Take ownership of modules/features.

Support senior engineers and deliver high-quality code.

Mentor junior engineers — code review, debugging, guidance.

Join client calls to clarify or present solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.

Use GenAI tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to improve efficiency.

Debug and upgrade existing modules.

Follow Git and CI/CD best practices.

4+ years in Python development.

Strong in OOPs, core Python, and design patterns.

Flask/FastAPI framework experience.

REST APIs and RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

Git, code reviews, and Agile methodology.

Experience with GenAI tools for dev productivity.

Docker and Docker Compose; Kubernetes is a bonus.

Basic understanding of AWS (VPC, EC2, ECS, Lambda, etc.) or Azure (VMs, AKS, etc.).

CI/CD understanding and debugging deployment issues.

Lead sub-modules and support associates.

Report to experienced engineers on larger projects.
