Senior Proposal Writer

As a member of the proposal development team, you will be responsible for supporting the local US team in writing proposals, RFXs (RFP, RFI, RFQ), SOWs, and Business & Technical presentations. Your role will require solid business acumen, a strong quantitative/technical background, and proven strategic business analysis experience. It is essential to possess inquisitiveness and a desire for continuous self-improvement and development of new skills. You will play a key role in developing winning proposal responses, particularly in IT solutions and staffing for RFPs/RFIs/RFQs. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare responses for Federal IT Solutioning/Staffing RFPs/RFIs/RFQs - Analyze RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices - Research and gather technical and business information for proposal development - Develop technically accurate written content - Ensure compliance with proposal requirements - Review RFP/RFQ/RFI documents and responses prepared by team members - Coordinate with team members for successful proposal delivery - Maintain and update a database of proposal information - Ensure zero spelling and grammatical errors in proposals (U.S. English) - Be quick and thorough in developing responses to RFPs/RFIs Qualifications Required: - Graduate with 8+ years of experience in writing proposals/responses for US Federal/State agencies - Experience in preparing proposal status trackers, outlines, and compliance matrices - Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, and Excel - Extensive technical writing experience with the ability to create and reshape content - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment - Good understanding of US Federal and State contract procurement processes - Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills - Knowledge and experience in IT Solutions and US Staffing for RFPs/RFIs/RFQs response creation,
