Position Objective

Key Roles and Responsibilities

A. Proposal Development & Project Design

• Lead the development of high-quality concept notes and proposals aligned with donor priorities (corporate, institutional, and grant-based).
  
• Collaborate with Program and Technical teams to design evidence-based, impactful projects addressing community needs.
  
• Develop proposals with strong logical frameworks, detailed budgets, sustainability plans, and measurable outcomes.
  
• Maintain an updated repository of organizational credentials, success stories, and case studies for donor communications.
  

B. Corporate and Institutional Partnership Development

• Identify and research new funding opportunities under thematic areas such as

  inclusive education, health, livelihood, and rehabilitation

  .
• Build and nurture relationships with CSR and institutional donors for sustainable resource mobilization.
  

C. Donor Relationship Management & Reporting

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate and institutional donors.
  
• Ensure timely submission of reports, utilization certificates, and financial statements in donor-specified formats.
  
• Coordinate donor meetings, impact showcases, and field visits to strengthen partnerships.
  
• Track donor satisfaction, renewal opportunities, and manage follow-up proposals.
  

D. General Responsibilities

• Stay updated on CSR policies, market trends, and relevant corporate and company regulations.
  
• Support donor administration, maintain MIS data, and prepare presentations and performance reports for management.
  

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Masters degree in

  Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or related fields

  .

• 7–10 years

  of experience in CSR fundraising, donor relations, or institutional partnership management.
• Proven track record in

  proposal and concept note writing

  for CSR and institutional donors.
• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and interpersonal

  skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
