Graphics & Web Development Analyst

You will be responsible for creating design solutions with a high visual impact as a Graphics Designer. Your role will involve listening to clients, understanding their needs, and making design decisions accordingly. Developing creative ideas and concepts, choosing appropriate media and style to meet client objectives, and demonstrating creative flair are essential aspects of this role. You must have up-to-date knowledge of industry software and maintain a professional approach towards time, costs, and deadlines. With a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience, your responsibilities will include creating graphics such as diagrams and flowcharts to visually represent complex topics for proposals. You should be fluent in current graphic design practices using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe After Effects, Microsoft Visio, and UI/UX Design. Adhering to standard design practices in compliance with W3C guidelines, table-less layout, and cross-browser compatibility is crucial. Visual design tasks like creating cover pages, forms, logos, icons, banners, microsites, marketing collaterals, and brochures will also be part of your role. The ability to effectively manage multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure is essential. Communication with different teams to elicit graphic requirements is also a key aspect of this position. You should have a Bachelor's Degree at a minimum and be an expert in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Proven experience in graphic designing, possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality are required. A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills is necessary. Interpersonal skills to interact, communicate, and present ideas are vital. Keeping up to date with industry-leading software and technologies, WordPress theme customization, and awareness of recent trends in UI Design, along with a good sense of color combinations, are also expected from you.
