Graphics & Web Development Analyst

As a Graphics Designer at our company, your role involves creating design solutions with a high visual impact. You will listen to clients, understand their needs, and make design decisions accordingly. Your responsibilities include developing creative ideas, selecting the right media and style to meet clients" objectives, and demonstrating creative flair and up-to-date knowledge of industry software. Key Responsibilities: - Create graphics such as diagrams and flowcharts to visually represent complex topics for proposals - Utilize graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe After Effects, and Microsoft Visio - Design graphic elements like cover pages, forms, logos, icons, banners, micro sites, and marketing collaterals - Manage multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure - Collaborate with different teams to understand and fulfill graphic requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree (at minimum) - Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - Proven experience in graphic designing with a strong portfolio - Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality - Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively - Up-to-date knowledge of industry-leading software and technologies - Experience in WordPress theme customization - Awareness of recent trends in UI Design and a good sense of color combinations Please note that candidates are required to share their work samples/portfolio.,
