About the Role:

We are looking for two experienced Senior Proposal Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates must have strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Evaporators, Agitated Thin Film Dryers (ATFD), and complete Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals for ETP, Evaporators, ATFD, and ZLD systems.
• Review client specifications and design requirements to develop accurate proposals.
• Coordinate with process, engineering, and procurement teams to gather cost inputs.
• Prepare cost estimation, BOQs, and project scope documents.
• Interact with clients to clarify technical and commercial queries.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and proposals.
• Support business development and sales teams during client meetings and negotiations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in preparing proposals for ETP, Evaporators, ATFD, and ZLD systems.
• Strong knowledge of water & wastewater treatment technologies.
• Hands-on experience in cost estimation, bid preparation, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and related proposal tools.
