As a Senior Property Accountant at Xshores, you will play a crucial role in overseeing accounting and financial reporting for U.S.-based real estate investment funds. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading accounting and financial reporting for multiple real estate investment funds. - Performing bank and vendor reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. - Preparing and presenting financial statements and reports to internal leaders and external stakeholders. - Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, company policies, and industry standards. - Leveraging advanced accounting software (Yardi, RealPage, SAP) for financial data management and reporting. - Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Mentoring and training junior accountants to foster continuous professional growth. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality financial operations. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred). - 5+ years of experience in fund/property accounting, with a strong focus on real estate. - Proficiency in accounting software such as Yardi, RealPage, and SAP. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Proven leadership skills with previous experience in mentoring or managing junior accountants. - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) enabling effective collaboration with global stakeholders. - Strong business acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving process improvements.,
