Job Overview

Lease Administration Specialist


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of the lease lifecycle, including administration, renewals, terminations, and compliance tracking.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, property managers, landlords, utility providers, and service vendors.
  • Support U.S.-based property management firms, ensuring compliance with local leasing laws and market practices.
  • Maintain accurate lease records and manage leasing-related documentation.
  • Assist with housing assistance or government-sponsored rental programs when applicable.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate and lease lifecycle management.
  • Prior experience supporting U.S. property management firms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and (preferably) lease management software.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
