Role Overview: As a Senior Property Accountant at Xshores, you will play a crucial role in overseeing accounting and financial reporting for U.S.-based real estate investment funds. Your responsibilities will include leading accounting processes, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Lead accounting and financial reporting for multiple real estate investment funds. - Perform bank and vendor reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies. - Prepare and present financial statements and reports to internal leaders and external stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, company policies, and industry standards. - Utilize advanced accounting software such as Yardi, RealPage, and SAP for financial data management. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Mentor and train junior accountants to support their professional growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality financial operations.
