Key Responsibilities

• Manage 4–5 application enhancement projects simultaneously

• Gather and translate business/technical requirements from stakeholders

• Plan, execute, and monitor all phases of the SDLC

• Coordinate across development, QA, infrastructure, and deployment teams

• Run Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews)

• Ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, and quality deployments

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

• Handle UAT sign-offs, documentation, and post-deployment follow-ups

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management

• Proven background in handling technical project delivery

• Experience in Insurance/BFSI domain

• Strong grasp of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps environments

• Ability to manage multiple enhancement projects end-to-end

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Technical foundation — understands architecture, development, or infra workflows

Nice to Have

• PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications

• Prior hands-on development or engineering experience

• Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams
