We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with tactical execution, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives. Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure. Create detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, sales, and finance. Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Track and report on project performance using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project). Facilitate effective communication, regular updates, and decision-making across teams and leadership. Drive process improvements and standardization in project management practices. Mentor and support junior project managers or project coordinators. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or leadership role. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid). Proven success managing large, multi-phase projects with multiple stakeholders. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle changing demands under pressure. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Slack). Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certification. Experience in [Industry – e.g., IT, software, healthcare, construction, marketing, etc.]. Familiarity with budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource planning. Understanding of change management and stakeholder engagement strategies.
