Senior Project Manager

Job Description:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and oversee multiple large-scale PEB projects from inception to completion. This role requires a high level of coordination across departments, sharp client handling skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple sites
• Lead cross-functional teams including design, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and erection
• Ensure alignment of project scope, timelines, and deliverables with client expectations
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies proactively
• Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations
• Serve as the escalation point for project-related issues and client concerns
• Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings with stakeholders
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and engineers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within the PEB or structural steel industry
• Demonstrated success in handling large and complex projects across multiple geographies
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, ERP systems)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
