Monitoring project costs, validating contractor bills, and preparing cost reports. Maintaining documentation for cost, procurement, and contract administration. Qualifications B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory). 3–5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (consultancy background). Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, tendering, and procurement processes. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS-related software. Strong analytical and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
