Senior Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of civil and interior works for hotel/resort development.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, interior designers, landscape consultants, and hotel/resort operator representatives.
• Manage execution of RCC, structural steel, blockwork, faade, partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and finishes.
• Oversee external civil works including roads, pathways, retaining walls, landscaping, pools, and water bodies (for resort projects).
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and samples in line with brand/operator standards.
• Oversee vendor selection, contracts, and certification of contractor bills.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory regulations at all stages
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate and deliver mock-up rooms, villas, public areas, and guest rooms.
• Ensure snag-free handover of completed works to the client/operator.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• 15 years of experience in large-scale building projects, with at least 5 years in hotels/resorts.
• Strong knowledge of civil, finishes, interiors, and external development works.
• Familiarity with international hotel/resort operator standards (IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and consultants.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
