Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, expediting processes, managing inspections, and coordinating logistics. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring project milestones are met, liaising with various stakeholders, and maintaining high-quality standards. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead execution of multiple projects from start to finish
• Interpret drawings and technical data to guide teams
• Manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively
• Ensure quality, safety, and installation standards are met
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors
• Mentor and direct site managers and workforce teams
  

Ideal Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in project management (construction/facade/roofing preferred)
• Strong at reading drawings, technical details, and specs
• Skilled in team leadership, resource planning, and problem-solving
• Experience handling multiple sites simultaneously
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Construction Engineering or related fields preferred
• Experience in skylight or facade construction is a plus
