Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of SaaS product implementations, upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, risk assessments, and status reports.
Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates, escalations, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, architects, QA, and support.
Ensure adherence to project governance, methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid), and best practices.
Track and report KPIs such as delivery timelines, cost adherence, scope compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
Mentor and guide junior project managers or coordinators within the team.
Drive process improvements by identifying gaps in current practices and introducing new frameworks, methodologies, and tools for efficient SaaS delivery.
Implement Agile/Hybrid methodologies and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular reviews of team performance, delivery quality, and client feedback to refine delivery approaches.
Lead initiatives to standardize reporting, communication, and project tracking mechanisms across the PMO.

Skills required:

Strong knowledge of SaaS product lifecycle, deployment, and client onboarding.
Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex IT projects with global stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Rocketlane, Basecamp, G Suite, etc.).
Proven experience in leading and managing teams of PMs and PCs, including mentoring and performance management.
