Roles and Responsibilities:

·        Projects  delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.

·        Lead the initiation and planning of a projects with the project managers and ensure technical feasibility.

·        Ensure resource availability and allocation.

·        Monitoring of SLA reports on monthly basis.

·        Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.

·        Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.

·        Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders.

·        Review of project progress and assign the tasks to team to get the tasks done on time.

·        Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.

·        Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.

·        Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.

·        Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions.

·        Meeting with clients, stakeholders to report on project progress & payment collection on time.

·        Liaise and co-ordinate with CLIENT and other associates in regards to design related activities, building strong working relationships.

·        Coordinating with CLIENT participants during design phase to confirm the requirements and design. Responsible and Involve in the design part of project and also coordinating with CLIENT team. Responsible to facilitate Design documents for System.

·        Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion.

·        Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.

·        Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project.

·        Managing project managers and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams.

·        Preparation, submission to CLIENT and getting approval of all design documentation, vendor and technical submittals and other related documents.
