Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.

8 - 12 years in project management, with 35 years in a senior role in interiors/fit-out.

Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Lead multiple projects from concept to completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables with clients & design teams.
• Drive full project lifecycleinitiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure clear communication of requirements, progress, and design intent.
• Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong client relationships.

Planning, Scheduling & Cost Control

• Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Control budgets, approve procurements, and track subcontractor payments.

Team & Site Management

• Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver on time and to spec.
• Conduct regular site inspections for progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Oversee snagging and ensure smooth client handover.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to design specifications, standards, and industry regulations.
• Implement HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols across project sites.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.

• Skills:

• Strong leadership & team management.
• Proficient in

  MS Project / Primavera & AutoCAD

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling.
• In-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out execution.

Preferred

• PMP / PRINCE2 Certification.
• Experience with

  luxury interiors or international clients

  sustainable interior practices
