Your responsibilities will include preparing BOQs, estimating quantities/costs, and variation statements. You will be required to conduct detailed rate analysis and negotiations, manage sub-vendor/contractor billing and commercials, validate QS-related documents, and certify vendors" bills. You will also need to reconcile material issued, coordinate with clients for bill certification, obtain approval for extra items, and submit monthly RA bills and CTC reports. Qualifications for this position include a background in Architecture/Civil/Interior or a related field. It is preferred that you are qualified from NICMAR, RICS, or a similar institute.
