Sr. QS & Billing Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. You should be able to create a plan of action considering a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. Additionally, you should have experience in managing people and possess effective communication skills. The position available is for a Quantity Surveyor and Billing Manager in locations including Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Corporate office Space Interior fit-out projects related to QS and Billing. Your responsibilities will include preparing BOQs, estimating quantities/costs, and variation statements. You will be required to conduct detailed rate analysis and negotiations, manage sub-vendor/contractor billing and commercials, validate QS-related documents, and certify vendors" bills. You will also need to reconcile material issued, coordinate with clients for bill certification, obtain approval for extra items, and submit monthly RA bills and CTC reports. Qualifications for this position include a background in Architecture/Civil/Interior or a related field. It is preferred that you are qualified from NICMAR, RICS, or a similar institute. You should have a demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project, possess strong communication skills, and have experience working effectively within a team. Skills required for this role include proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Billing Management Analytics, good client coordination, effective communication, and team management.
