Key Responsibilities:

Lead fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional results and client satisfaction

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define objectives, scope, and deliverables

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, aligning with client goals and JLL standards

Propose and implement process improvements and innovative solutions

Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Coordinate resources including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers

Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively to clients and stakeholdersQualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field

• 15+ years of experience in fitout project management

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards

• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery

• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project needs

• LEED or WELL certification is a plus
