Job Description

As a Project Lead - Fitout at JLL, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating cutting-edge interior transformations that redefine workplaces and elevate user experiences. You will have the opportunity to lead high-profile fitout projects, drive innovation in sustainable interior solutions, and collaborate with world-class designers and architects. Your contributions will enhance productivity, well-being, and brand identity for global clients. This position will allow you to develop your expertise in project management and interior design trends, gain exposure to diverse industries and international clients, and enhance your leadership skills by guiding cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional results and client satisfaction - Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define objectives, scope, and deliverables - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, aligning with client goals and JLL standards - Propose and implement process improvements and innovative solutions - Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices - Coordinate resources including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers - Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively to clients and stakeholders **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field - 15+ years of experience in fitout project management - Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards - Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery - Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Excellent communication and client relationship skills - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project needs - LEED or WELL certification is a plus If you resonate with the job description and are excited about leading transformative fitout projects to shape the future of workspaces, we encourage you to apply.
