• Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors de

  gree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferr

  ed).

• 8+ years of experi

  ence in IT Infrastructure Operations and Project Delivery roles, with at le

  ast 15 years in a managerial

  role.
• Proven track record of managing IT production support and deliver

  ing Managed Services proj

  ects successfully.
• Strong knowledge

  of ITIL proce

  sses, production support frameworks, and DC (Data Center) operations.
• Hands-on experience w

  ith Project Management methodolo

  gies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, et

  c.).

• PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL certificat

  ions are highly desirable.
