India-based delivery teams and North America client-facing leadership

Timings : 2:30 pm IST - 11:30 pm IST

Core Responsibilities

1. Program & Portfolio Management

• Oversee the entire portfolio of BC implementation projects for North America clients.
• Prioritize projects, allocate resources, and align delivery with regional strategies.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery progress across all programs.

2. Delivery Excellence

• Enforce standardized methodologies (Microsoft SureStep, Agile/Hybrid, PMI).
• Ensure project artifacts (plans, requirements, blueprints) are always complete and signed-off.
• Monitor solution architecture alignment and scope adherence for global rollouts.

3. Governance & Risk Management

• Implement structured governance frameworks (steering committees, executive dashboards).
• Conduct delivery reviews and portfolio-wide quality checks.
• Proactively mitigate risks; ensure escalations are resolved before reaching client executives.

4. Resource Leadership

• Manage and mentor India-based Project Managers, Solution Architects, Functional & Technical Consultants.
• Forecast resource demand, optimize utilization, and balance onshore/offshore collaboration with North America.
• Develop career paths, training programs, and succession plans for delivery resources in India.

5. Client Engagement (North America-Facing)

• Serve as senior delivery authority supporting North America client accounts.
• Partner with North America regional leaders during bid defenses, project kickoffs, and QBRs.
• Build trust and credibility with client-side executives through consistent delivery excellence.

6. Innovation & Improvement

• Champion adoption of Microsoft BC new releases, accelerators, and ISV components (e.g., ProjectPro365).
• Promote reusability of templates, frameworks, and accelerators across North America projects.
• Conduct lessons-learned exercises and implement global best practices in India teams.
