About the Role:

Working Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT infrastructure service delivery and projects for enterprise-level customers.
Ensure high-quality delivery, adherence to SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams for smooth project execution.
Oversee service operations and manage escalations, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Drive process improvements and contribute to delivery excellence initiatives.
Manage stakeholder communication and build strong customer relationships.
Support planning, budgeting, and reporting for delivery projects.
Provide leadership and mentoring support to team members (people management experience preferred).

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 10 years
of experience in
Service Delivery
and
Project Management
within the IT Infrastructure Services domain.
Proven track record managing enterprise IT infra delivery for large customers.
Strong understanding of
Storage domain
products especially Hitachi, HPE, Dell EMC, Pure
Hands-on experience in project governance, stakeholder management, and SLA compliance.
Exposure to people management and team leadership is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
