Job Description

Oversee end-to-end service delivery operations to ensure agreed service levels, KPIs, and SLAs are consistently met or exceeded, while maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction across all assigned accounts and services.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients on service-related matters, proactively managing expectations, communicating performance reports, addressing escalations, and driving timely resolution of incidents, problems, and service disruptions.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, vendors, and support functions to ensure smooth onboarding of new services, effective change management, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of service processes.

Monitor service performance through dashboards and reports, analyze trends, identify risks or gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall service delivery outcomes.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements, while supporting audits, documenting processes, and promoting best practices in IT service management and goverce frameworks.
