Senior Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to be based at our Head Office to manage, coordinate, and provide technical support for STP, WTP, and Water Supply projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, technical reviews, coordination with site teams, and ensuring timely execution of projects in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and finalize project technical drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates. Coordinate with design consultants, site engineers, and project managers for smooth execution. Evaluate technical specifications, tender documents, and client requirements. Monitor project progress remotely and support site teams with timely solutions. Conduct material planning, vendor evaluation, and support procurement processes. Prepare and review work schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Ensure project compliance with government standards, safety norms, and quality protocols. Prepare technical reports, project status updates, and documentation for management review. Provide value engineering inputs to optimize design and cost. Qualifications B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering Additional Information Key Skills & Competencies Strong technical knowledge in civil works related to STP, WTP, and Water Supply systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, Excel, and project management tools. Ability to coordinate multiple projects from the HO level. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and leadership qualities.
