Job Title: Projects Coordinator

Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Furniture Manufacturing

Job Summary:

The Projects Coordinator supports planning and execution of interior furniture and fixture manufacturing and installation of produced furniture and fixtures at projects sites by coordinating with Client, Design, Production, Store, Procurement, and Installation teams. Ensures smooth workflow, timely delivery, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation
• Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams
• Maintain project reports, logs, and documentation
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor site activities and report progress or delays
• Support logistics, material follow-ups, and installation coordination
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Engineering Architecture, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in Interior fit-out Project or manufacturing (preferred)
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD/ERP knowledge is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
