Job Description

You are a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager with a background in construction management, seeking to join our growing team at JLL. As an Associate Project Manager, you will support senior project managers in overseeing various construction projects from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects, collaborating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, and utilizing project management software for efficient communication and documentation. You will participate in quality control processes, conduct site inspections, prepare and maintain project reports, including status updates and risk assessments. Additionally, you will assist in managing project-related documentation and contracts, support the implementation of safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulations. Your role will also involve contributing to team meetings, facilitating effective communication among stakeholders, and demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in construction project management or a related role. You should be familiar with construction best practices, quality control procedures, and project management software. Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, reading and interpreting construction drawings, knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA certification would be beneficial.
